During the slots allotted for PE (physical education), the teacher organises games which promote teamwork such as: football, basketball and volleyball. Racket games like badminton and table tennis are also included in the school sports’ programme.
An emphasis is especially put on fitness promoting challenges so that the students improve their health and fitness through Push Ups, Dips & Planks, for instance.
During break time, the children participate in leagues of the above mentioned sports.
A running club where students can improve their cardiovascular endurance is also part of our school’s programme. Various students go for a run everyday together with their PE instructor as well as the headmaster to provide them with motivation and support.
